Filming Authorization Form
We appreciate your interest in Montreal’s Public Markets. Thank you for choosing us as a location for filming.
Please note that a standard administrative delay of ten (10) days must be considered due to the large number of applications received, particularly in the summer. Please take this into account when planning and scheduling your film project.
Please note that authorization to film is granted on the following conditions:
- Shoulder cameras only
- No lighting
- Request permission from the merchant prior to filming in his stall or near his stand
- Respect the merchants' selling space and do not prevent or hinder free movement of their clients in front of or around their stalls or stands
- The CGMPM would appreciate receiving a copy of the final filmed product or content (film, recording, show/program, or report)
Please, don’t forget to give us a cell phone number for one person who will be present during your filming project. In the event of a merchant complaint, we will interrupt your filming activities and you will be asked to leave the premises. Thanks for your cooperation!
