Les Boucheries & Ferme Saint-Vincent, a family-run business founded by Yves Saint-Vincent, almost 35 years ago, has been at Atwater Market for close to 15 years, and at Jean-Talon Market for 10 years. The farm, situated in the Lanaudière, raises free-range and organic Charolais cattle and calves (certified Québec Vrai), horses, rabbits and poultry (turkeys, gooses, ducks, guinea hens, …).
