Chaï, strawberries and raspberries smoothie, Boissons et cocktails

  • The recipe of the month!As it’s strawberry season, we suggest a quick and easy recipe for a delicious smoothie with chai tea, strawberries and raspberries.
    Perfect to drink during hot summer afternoons!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh strawberries (or frozen)
    • 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh raspberries (or frozen)
    • 2 cups (500 ml) of fruit juice or unsweetened soy milk
    • 1 banana (or 2-3 dates)
    • 15 ml of chai tea

    Preparation

    1. Wash the fruits and remove the stalk from the strawberries.
    2. Reduce the chai tea in powder with a mortar or a spice grinder.
    3. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
    4. Mix until the mixture is smooth and serve.

    uggestion: Vary between juice, soy milk and fruits to create your own creative version of the recipe.
