For three generations, the Desgroseillers family has been offering, at Jean-Talon Market, fresh products from their farm, such as potatoes and sweet corn. They are present at the market throughout the year selling vegetables from Québec and all around the world, according to the season.

Broccoli is variety of cabbage. It is high in vitamin C and dietary fiber.

It is particularly rich in lutein and also provides a modest amount of beta-carotene.

Vegetable. To eat salty (soup, salad...) or sweet (cake). Excellent when it's cooked as a marinade.

Cooking: boiling water, 60 min, or in the oven, wrapped in foil for 45 minutes.
