    Borecole. Different from round cabbage because you enjoy only the leaves. Rich in vitamins, well-known for its health effects. Kale can be eaten in salads, soups, juices ... and even chips !

    Chips: put the kale in the roasting pan from the oven with olive oil and salt, then grill it about 10 to 12 min.




    Cauliflower is low in fat, low in carbohydrates but high in dietary fiber, folate, water, and vitamin C, possessing a high nutritional density.



    Brussels sprout

    This tiny cabbage is rich in calcium and magnesium. Delicious roasted.




    Broccoli is variety of cabbage. It is high in vitamin C and dietary fiber.

    It is particularly rich in lutein and also provides a modest amount of beta-carotene.
