On 26 March, many of you took part in the ‘Les Sucres’ event. For the occasion, the public was invited to follow a tasting trail featuring a variety of maple products. Thank you to everyone who helped make Sugaring-off Day a great success. Like the recent events at Marché Jean-Talon and Marché Atwater, we were delighted to showcase the world-renowned expertise of Quebec maple syrup producers!
