Last weekend, on June 8 and 0, 2024, the very first edition of The Grand Brunch des Pâtissieres which took place at the Jean-Talon Market. This gastronomic event showcased edible flowers and plants with a six-course menu created by 9 renowned pastry chefs. The event took place on the mezzanine floor of Marché Jean-Talon! Here’s a look back at the Grand Brunch des Pâtissiers 2024!

This year’s nine guest pastry chefs were :

• Magie Marier et Héra Schneider of Ratafia
• Christian Campos of Pâtisserie Farine & Cacao
• Natacha Lehmann of Pâtisserie Clémentine
• Aurélien Kerzerho of Pâtisserie Mélilot
• Zébulon Vézina of Pâtisserie Zébulon
• Marine Picouet, Magali Perreault et Roxanne Michaud of Nanana

We’d like to thank them warmly for their presence and, above all, their culinary talent, which enabled us to explore the pastry world in all its creativity, originality and range of techniques. We would also like to thank Binette & Filles for the gorgeous flowers that so beautifully decorated the tables.
