Last weekend, on June 1 and 2, 2024, the second edition Grand Brunch Mange ton Saint-Laurent!. took place at the Jean-Talon Market. This gastronomic event showcased the edible species of the St. Lawrence River, Estuary and Gulf, with a six-course menu prepared by eight renowned chefs. The event was held on the mezzanine of the Jean-Talon Market, allowing participants to enjoy their meal with a breathtaking view of the market! Here’s a look back at the Grand Brunch Mange ton Saint-Laurent! 2024.

This year’s eight guest chefs were :

• Amine Nasrallah of Chaud Devant!
• Chloé Ouellet and Juliette Fraser Chouinard of Au Pâturage – Espace Gourmand
• Adrian Pastor and Riwan Maire of Projet Yaku
• Constant Mentzas of Palomar
• André-Nicolàs Medina of Rouge Gorge
• Rémy Couture, consultant pastry chef.

We would like to thank them warmly for their presence and, above all, their culinary talent.

We would like to express our special gratitude to our collaborators, the Collectif Mange ton Saint-Laurent ! and Hôtel Zéro 1. We would also like to thank Binette & Filles for the gorgeous flowers that so beautifully decorated the tables.
