Our Grande Réserve Ice Cider is made from the cryoextraction of apples from our best orchards of Rougemont. It is fermented and aged in barrels for one year. This cider presents a nose of candied apple, peach and pear with floral notes of acacia honey. On the palate it is rich and silky, with a lovely freshness leading to a long and elegant finish.
