Our Saint Pépin is made from grapes grown on the south facing rocky slopes of the estate. Bright yellow in colour, it reveals floral scents, pear, candied citrus, and elegant notes of oak. On the palate it shows fresh balanced acidity with minerality leading to depth, roundness and finesse on the finish.
