BitterSweet Symphony Cocktail, Boissons et cocktails
  • Recipe for a simple Quebec-style cocktail!

    • Ingredients

    Liquids

    • 1.5oz Quebec-style aperitif bitters (Amermelade is recommended)
    • 0.5 oz Cranberry juice
    • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
    • Quebec raw sparkling wine or PetNat

    Colourful fruit

    • Fresh cranberries
    • Citrus slices (your choice)

    Preparation

    It's very important to keep all the ingredients cold.

    1. Pour the Quebec Bitters, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice into a flute.
    2. Add sparkling wine or PetNat
    3. Garnish with fresh cranberries and citrus slices

    Ideal for enjoying with family and friends at midnight on New Year's Eve!
