Preheat oven to 150oC (300oF).
- Mix paprika, cumin, thyme, deshydrated onion and garlic, oregano, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt and citric acid or lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the nuts and olive oil.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the nuts on the baking sheet. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
