    Cajun Nuts, Déjeuners et brunchs
  • Try this fast and easy recipe. Your guests will love this tasty and simple appetizer!

    Ingredients

    • 500 g raw nuts (a mix of you what you like)
    • 45 ml olive oil
    • 12 ml paprika
    • 5 ml ground cumin
    • 5 ml thyme
    • 10 ml dehydrated onion
    • 10 ml dehydrated garlic
    • 5 ml oregano
    • 5 ml black pepper
    • 5 ml Cayenne pepper
    • 7 ml salt
    • 2 ml citric acid or 30 ml lemon juice

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 150oC (300oF).

    1. Mix paprika, cumin, thyme, deshydrated onion and garlic, oregano, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, salt and citric acid or lemon juice in a bowl.
    2. Add the nuts and olive oil.
    3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the nuts on the baking sheet. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
