For a romantic dinner for two, an evening with friends or a solo meal that everyone will be jealous, here is a simple recipe of tuna tartare created by The Girl from the 3rd Floor
Tartare and toasted bread
- Combine all the tartare ingredients (except for the sprouts) in a bowl, and mix well together. Set aside.
- Turn the oven on to broil. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil, then toast them in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Use a round pastry cutter to shape the tartare. Sprinkle the sprouts over each portion.
- Enjoy your tartare!
