Roxy Focaccia is a collaboration between tradition and contemporary classics. They will be offering the authentic experience of delicious artisan focaccia sandwiches all summer long.
This newcomer to the Jean-Talon Market restaurant zone pays tribute to the southern Italian roots of its five founders, Roxanna Covone, Adamo Urgolo, Vincent Romito, Elisa Covone and Mauro Covone. It was their passion for the culinary arts that led them to open this counter inspired by Italian street food, where local, quality ingredients are given pride of place.
Now a staple of Italian culinary tradition, focaccia is used at this counter as sandwich bread, offering a delicious combination of the sturdy base and the tasty ingredients that can be incorporated into it. Roxy Focaccia customers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to creating their sandwich, thanks to the variety of local fish, meat and vegetables available.
