Microsaucerie Temaca

The name Temaca Microsaucerie means “to give from the heart”. We produce top-quality traditional Mexican hot sauces, made with local ingredients. Temaca cares about the environment, first and foremost by respecting local producers, the terroir and seasonal production. Temaca advocates the sharing of a culinary heritage inspired by Mexican tradition, while at the same time putting forward a creativity that shines a spotlight on Quebec culture.
