Why not give the aperitif as a gift? This holiday season, we’re suggesting two delicious apéro platters featuring fresh produce from your local merchants. Whether it’s a selection of cheeses, local charcuterie or a bottle of wine accompanied by delicious jams, the aperitif can be a real gift to enjoy together.
Here’s a suggested composition for a cheese platter
- Le Zacharie Cloutier – Prix Caseus Or 2023
- Le Bergeron – Gouda with Cumin (lactose-free)

- Accompanied by quince paste, onion confit, homemade spiced apple butter and mixed nuts.
