Strawberry and summer vegetables gazpacho

Berry season is in full swing! When the weather's hot, there's nothing better than a delicious fresh gazpacho! Enjoy it under the summer sun!

Ingredients
- 5 red tomatoes, seeded
- 2 handfuls strawberries
- 250g (9oz) watermelon
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 slice of sandwich bread without the crust
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- Peel all the vegetables and place in a blender (except the olive oil).
- Blend everything together, then continue to blend, adding the olive oil in a thin stream until the desired texture is obtained (ideally neither too liquid nor too thick).
- For decoration: add pieces of strawberry, watermelon, cucumber, tomato and a few basil leaves (as well as being pretty, it adds a crunch!).
