From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the Atwater Market in collaboration with SDC Les Quartiers du Canal invites you to its third Oktoberfest, on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29! Come and discover more than 100 craft beers in a festive musical atmosphere, with the added bonus of an autumn market atmosphere that’s well worth the detour. Gourmet workshops, tastings, an enhanced restaurant zone and games await you all weekend long.

The event is free, and tasting glasses will be available at the event booth for $3.50. Microbreweries will be offering a uniform rate for tastings at $4 for 5 oz and $7 for 10 oz (payment by card only).

Oktoberfest feast

A brand new terrasse presented by SDC Les Quartiers du Canal will be set up in the event zone to enhance Oktoberfest with even more games, prizes to win, and above all to offer delicious pretzels along with beer from the Siboire microbrewery!

Two of the market’s well-appreciated restaurateurs will also be on hand:

• Satay Brothers, with new sandwiches created in collaboration with Boucherie de Tours
• Aylwin Barbecue with its homemade hotdogs and sauerkraut !

And don’t forget to visit the Fromagerie Atwater all weekend for free beer and cheese pairing tastings. Beers from three microbreweries will be on tap: Microbrasserie Memphre, Microbrasserie 4 origines and Brasserie générale.

On the occasion of the Atwater Market Oktoberfest, free pumpkin-decorating workshops will be offered to families.
Face painting for kids – Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Our DJs and songwriters will be on hand to set the mood!

• Dan Livingstone – Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: this Montreal band will offer a dynamic folk and country-style performance.
• Alexandre Légaré – Saturday, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.: the singer will lead you through his wide repertoire of francophone songs
• DJ Deaf – Saturday, 3 pm to 7 pm: rhythms just perfect for Oktoberfest!
• DJ Tosti – Sunday, 1 pm to 3 pm: a great DJ on the decks for a lively day
• DJ Kelly – Sunday, 3pm to 7pm: end the weekend with the 90s-inspired rhythms
