Fall Festivities at Jean-Talon Market

Celebrate Halloween with your family at Jean-Talon Market on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fall is in full swing, the stalls are colorful, and Jean-Talon Market invites you to enjoy a day full of free activities in its event area. 

On the program

• Pumpkin decorating workshop: Come decorate your pumpkin with your family using the craft supplies provided. Paint, stickers, glitter—there's no shortage of choices! Psst... The first 200 children will receive a free pumpkin to decorate!  🎃
• Halloween rally: Meet us in the event area to pick up your rally sheet. It will take you through the market stalls and reveal some of its secrets. Once the rally is complete, little explorers will be treated to a candy! 🍬
• Face painting for children: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  🎨
• Cooking workshop for children with C'est moi le Chef ! : registration coming soon.

Outside, in the event area, across from Fromagerie Hamel.

The Jean-Talon Market is easily accessible on foot, by bike, by public transit, and by car. As usual, the parking lots will be open, and the one on Henri-Julien Street will be accessible by elevator.
