Ferment Fest Mtl

Ferment Fest Mtl

Ferment Fest Mtl celebrates its 6th edition at Jean-Talon Market! Come discover the magic of kombucha, sauerkraut, bread, kimchi, and much more on September 13 and 14.

Organized by Isabelle Dupuy and Robert Paradis, in collaboration with Ferment, a boutique specializing in artisanal fermentation, Ferment Fest Montreal is a gourmet and educational event dedicated to the fascinating world of fermentation.

Seventeen exhibitors will be on site to showcase their exceptional products, while free conferences and hands-on workshops with registration will allow you to learn more about the world of fermentation.

You can even prepare your own fermented products!

Youth Week is also back for a third year, offering free workshops on fermentation for elementary school students.
