Fruit and vegetable carving workshop

Marché Jean-Talon invites you to take part in a free fruit and vegetable carving workshop on Saturday, June 21 at 1pm.

Hosted by artist sculptor Mia Bureau, this creative workshop invites children (aged 9 and over) and their parents or grandparents to work together to transform fresh fruit and vegetables into sculpted flowers and foliage. In pairs or as a family, come and discover the material in a different way, hone your artistic eye and celebrate the beauty of living things with sensitivity.

A 1h30 session is proposed.

All equipment provided.

Where does the workshop take place?

To get to the workshop, go to the event area north-west of the market, under one of the open-air marquees. For Google maps, click here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/r8NZu3WNmnJwTLNq6.
