aliments-bonheur (joyful food).
Their speciality? The fried cheese stick made with the cheese 1608 of Laiterie Charlevoix and recycled breadcrumbs from scratched bread to reduce food waste. Served with a delicious classic marinara sauce made with Quebec’s onions and garlic. The company integrates principles of the circular economic system.
