Herbes Chouettes

La fermette des Herbes Chouettes is a farm on a human scale, showcasing medicinal herbs, aromatic plants and edible flowers. This spring, a Nordic vineyard will be added to the project.  With the aim of integrating medicinal plants into everyday life and cooking, we transform the harvests into a variety of products ranging from skin care products to gourmet seasonings. The farm is inspired by regenerative agriculture, placing the health of the environment and people at the heart of their approach.
