Sublime Asperge

La Sublime asperge is an agricultural farm specializing in asparagus production and has been present at the Jean-Talon Market since summer 2025.

This Saint-Aimé-based farm has been passionately growing this exceptional vegetable for 25 years. At their market stand, you'll find freshly harvested asparagus, sweet but never fibrous. Customers can choose from three traditional sizes: bourgeoises, demoiselles and pitchounettes.
