A look back at The Grand Brunch des Pâtissiers 2024

Last weekend, on June 8 and 9, 2024, the very first edition of the Grand Brunch des Pâtissiers took place. This unique gastronomic event showcased flowers and edible plants in a six-course menu created by 9 renowned pastry chefs. The event took place on the mezzanine floor of Marché Jean-Talon! Here are some photos from the Grand Brunch des Pâtissiers.
We'd like to thank them warmly for their presence and, above all, their culinary talent, which enabled us to explore the world of pastry in all its creativity, originality and range of techniques. We would also like to thank Binette & Filles for the magnificent flowers that so beautifully decorated the tables.
