Oyster shooter and Bloody Ceaser

Ingredients

  • The inside of 4 fresh oysters
  • 1oz tequila, vodka or gin
  • 0.5oz of the juice of a lime
  • 2.5oz Walter Caesar Mix
  • Tabasco
  • Steak seasoning (optional)

Preparation

For glass trimming
  1. Cut a slice of lime or lemon and slip it around each glass.
  2. FMAF the steak spices onto a small plate and turn the glasses upside down so that the sides are covered in spices.

 

For the shooter
  1. Mix all liquids
  2. Add one oyster per glass
  3. Finish with a few drops of Tabasco to taste
