Winter Sangria

Here is a spicy, delicious and visually stunning cocktail to spoil your guests! Cheers!
Ingredients
Winter Sangria
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 0.75 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz homemade cinnamon syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz red wine
Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3-4 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Winter Sangria
- Fill the collins with ice. Add all the ingredients except the red wine.
- Stir the mixture with a bar spoon, adding ice if you have room in your glass.
- Carefully pour the red wine over the ice to allow the wine to float over the rest of the cocktail. Decorate.
Cinnamon Syrup
- Heat all the cinnamon syrup ingredients over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and keep the syrup cool.
