Winter Sangria

Here is a spicy, delicious and visually stunning cocktail to spoil your guests! Cheers!

Ingredients

Winter Sangria
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 0.75 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz homemade cinnamon syrup
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 2 oz red wine

 

Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

Winter Sangria
  1. Fill the collins with ice. Add all the ingredients except the red wine.
  2. Stir the mixture with a bar spoon, adding ice if you have room in your glass.
  3. Carefully pour the red wine over the ice to allow the wine to float over the rest of the cocktail. Decorate.

 

Cinnamon Syrup
  1. Heat all the cinnamon syrup ingredients over low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks and keep the syrup cool.
