Tomato puff pastry tart, everything bagel style

A quick recipe, perfect for brunch with friends or a quick aperitif! Tomatoes are at their best right now, so come and enjoy them!
Ingredients
- 1 package store-bought puff pastry
- 1 egg, for glazing
- Approximately 150g softened cream cheese
- 3 to 4 heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, salt, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Fleur de sel, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh herbs: oregano, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prick the dough with a fork, brush with egg, then sprinkle the entire surface with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and crispy. Leave to cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese on the pastry while it is still warm.
- Arrange the tomato slices, alternating colors.
- Add the capers, herbs, a twist of freshly ground pepper, and a little fleur de sel.
