«The market is the best of both worlds. I can «ground» myself and think while working in the fields, and then see lots of people and share my products when I’m at my stall. I work hard all summer and focus on less demanding projects in the winter.» (Mathieu Jodoin from Ferme Jodoin – Atwater Market)
« The Kiosques de la Relève are a wonderful springboard for new agricultural producers. It has enabled me to establish and build a loyal clientele, while ensuring economic stability in my business start-up thanks to their accessibility, both in terms of rates and availability.» (Julia Janson from Les Jardins de la Renarde)
« The Kiosques de la Relève meets a need in my business by allowing me to be present one day a week throughout the summer season. It’s a way for me to set up a good service and quietly build up my customer base. »
(Les Jardins de la Fourchette)
« The market is like a small village, with a friendly, convivial atmosphere between vendors and customers. » (Judith Canaff and Daniel Brais from Ferme des Moissons – Jean-Talon Market)
