During this one-hour workshop led by Ferment, you’ll dive into the fascinating world of fermentation through an immersive tasting and discovery experience. Explore seven major types of fermentation used around the world while sampling a variety of unique fermented foods and beverages. 

This workshop is perfect for curious minds, food lovers, and anyone interested in learning more about living food, their origins, and their benefits. 

Ferment is a Montréal-based shop specializing in artisanal fermentation in all its forms. In addition to offering specialized products, the team regularly hosts workshops to share fermentation knowledge with both beginners and enthusiasts. Their approach is friendly, accessible, and rooted in the joy of discovering sustainable and local food practices.

Two one-hour sessions are available:

• 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
