La Boucherie du Marché Maisonneuve is a family-run business, specialized in meat processing. From the farm to the butcher shop, the Jodoins, father and son, always choose products from Québec. At their shop, you will find products from the Ferme des Voltigeurs (poultry), Du Breton (pork), Ecolait (veal), Bergerie des Cantons (lamb) and the Maison du Gibier, as well as Angus AAA beef.
