La Ferme des Quatre-Temps is an agricultural project inspired by agro-ecology. We grow organic vegetables, raise beef, pigs and chickens in a respectful manner and transform our meats and harvests into artisanal charcuterie and sausages.
We grow more than 40 diversified vegetables according to the principles of biointensive agriculture. Care for every aspect of vegetable production gives vegetables exceptional flavors, colors and textures.
