La Ferme des Quatre-Temps is a farming project inspired by agroecology. We grow organic vegetables, raise cattle, pigs and chickens in a way that respects nature, and transform our meat and crops into traditional charcuterie and sausages.
We grow over 40 different vegetables according to the principles of bio-intensive agriculture. The care taken in every aspect of vegetable production gives them exceptional flavours, colours and textures.
You can find all our farm products at our kiosk in the Jean-Talon Market.
