Les Jardins de la Minga

This organic market garden farm nestled in the Charlevoix mountains will be at Marché Jean-Talon with their fire vinegar, ApothicAri, an unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar in which a number of herbs are macerated, including ginger, garlic, horseradish, turmeric, onion, fine herbs and cayenne pepper. This is an artisanal product whose macerated ingredients are mostly grown on their farm.
