Production of wild and cultivated mushrooms. This mushroom farm is a return to the family roots for the father-son duo. Here, they grow a wide variety of mushrooms ranging from lion's mane to blue and yellow oyster mushrooms, as well as shiitakes, matsutakes, morels, lobster mushrooms, and our favourite, the beautiful and sweet chestnuts.
