BBQ pork burger with lemon zests

Enjoy the summer with this tasty bbq pork burger! Serve this burger with grilled vegetables, kettles or salad.
Ingredients
- 4 hamburger buns
- 600 g ground pork
- 90 ml red onion, finely chopped
- 60 ml chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 30 ml lemon zests
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Shape into four patties.
- Grill over low heat for about 5 minutes per side.
