Scandinavian salad

Fresh and light, this Scandinavian salad combines smoked fish, apples, radishes and dill. A healthy, local recipe with a Nordic flavour.
Ingredients
- 250 g Atkins & Frères smoked mackerel
- 150 ml marinated beets, diced
- 150 ml apples, diced
- 150 ml red or green pepper, diced
- 150 ml chopped onions
- 200 ml sour cream
Preparation
- Skin mackerel.
- Cut or break mackerel in pieces.
- Mix all ingredients except mackerel.
- Delicately mix in mackerel, keeping a few pieces for decoration.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
