BBQ pork burger with lemon zests, Plats principaux
  • Enjoy the summer with this tasty bbq pork burger! Serve this burger with grilled vegetables, kettles or salad.


    For 4 servings.

    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 600 g ground pork
    • 90 ml red onion, finely chopped
    • 60 ml chopped parsley
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 30 ml lemon zests
    • Salt & pepper, to taste


    Mix all ingredients.

    1. Shape into four patties.
    2. Grill over low heat for about 5 minutes per side.
    3. Toast the buns and place the meat inside, with homemade relish, cheese, tomato, lettuce…
