Spiced Tea Blend

The team of Épices de Cru has passionately concocted this tea blend recipe for you in the comfort of your own home.

For a great spiced tea, we recommend using a light black tea, such as Uda Radella Pekoe, which can resist a high-temperature infusion and leaves room for the scent of the spices. It is important to crush the spices instead of reducing them to powder, otherwise the infusion may become bitter. You can add some orange zest (organic is better) that you had previously dried.

Ingredients

  • ½ c. (30 g) black tea (Uda Radella Pekoe or Keemun)
  • 4 tbsp. cinnamon stick
  • 3 tbsp. dried ginger root
  • Dried orange zest (optional)

Preparation

  1. Crush the spices coursely and mix with the tea.
  2. Transfer into airtight jars
  3. Enjoy!
