Bouffe-moi !

Vegetarian and vegan, Bouffe-moi ! is an original idea of two food lovers, the Levass sisters ! The menu, influenced by the locals and season’s harvest, will charm you with their unique creations that they call aliments-bonheur (joyful food).

Their speciality? The fried cheese stick made with the cheese 1608 of Laiterie Charlevoix and recycled breadcrumbs from scratched bread to reduce food waste. Served with a delicious classic marinara sauce made with Quebec’s onions and garlic. The company integrates principles of the circular economic system.
