Sudbest, an event well known by the Sud-Ouest neighbourhoods’ dwellers is visiting the Atwater Market for the first time! To kick off a lively weekend, opening night of the festivities will be on Friday, August 26, starting at 5 p.m. Musical performances, art exhibits, MAPP projection, short film screenings, wine bar, beer bar and restaurants are on the program. On Saturday and Sunday, the event will also be held at Sir George-Étienne-Cartier Park and at Lien Nord (40 des Seigneurs Street), all centralized locations linked by the Lachine Canal bike path. It’s the perfect opportunity to visit the different sites over the course of the weekend, whether on foot, by bike or in one of the “tuk-tuk” that will be available during the weekend. An event not to be missed!
