Chaï, strawberries and raspberries smoothie

Perfect recipe for strawberry season. Here's a quick and easy recipe for a delicious chai tea, strawberry and raspberry smoothie.
Ingrédients
- 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh strawberries (or frozen)
- 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 2 cups (500 ml) of fruit juice or unsweetened soy milk
- 1 banana (or 2-3 dates)
- 15 ml of chai tea
Préparation
- Wash the fruits and remove the stalk from the strawberries.
- Reduce the chai tea in powder with a mortar or a spice grinder.
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Mix until the mixture is smooth and serve.
