The second edition of Québec’s only fermentation festival is presented in collaboration with Tout Cru at the Jean-Talon Market. So many discoveries to be made in one day! For amateurs, specialists or simply those curious to learn more about fermentation. Exhibitors will be located in aisle 7, on the north side of the market. Sales and tastings of fermented products, free lectures and culinary workshops await you! Come and discover the world of fermentation in a festive and formative setting!
