Boucheries & Ferme Saint-Vincent have been at the Atwater Market for nearly 20 years and at the Jean-Talon Market for over 15 years. Ferme Saint-Vincent, located in the Lanaudière region, is a family business founded by Yves St-Vincent in 1958. We have different farms certified by Québec Vrai, including Charolais cattle, cow-calf and several organic poultry farms such as turkeys, wild turkeys, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, chicken and laying hens, all on free range. You can buy at their farm kiosk during the summer or come and taste their organic meats and range of organic cold cuts, sausages and marinades in their butcher's shop open all year long!
