Our recipe for the month of July: a fresh and thirst-quenching cocktail, perfect for the hot summer days!
Preparation
- Bring 100 mL water, 100 mL sugar and 4 sprigs of thyme to a boil in a pot. Cool quickly in the fridge.
- In a mixer, purée the cucumbers, strain through a fine sieve and set aside.
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes, pour in the gin, lime juice, cucumber juice and thyme syrup. Shake well and pour into 4 glasses full of ice cubes. Add the aloe vera juice and the soda.
