La Boucherie de Tours is an institution founded in 1988 by the stepfather of the current owner Pierrot Fortier. You will find traditionnal cut of meat – beef, pork, poultries – as well as offals and game. Recently, Boucherie de Tours has a new space at Atwater Market dedicated to delicatessen products.
