Bernadette welcomes your at her stand, Ferment Passion, at Jean-Talon Market, from June to late October, from Friday to Sunday.
She’s an herborist and is specialized in artisanal fermented food, made with local products, inspired by traditions from all over the world.
Bernadette offers you seasonal lacto-fermentations vegetable (choucroutes, kim chi…), yogourts, vegan cheeses (made with nuts and soya), tempeh (indian food) with local bean, natto, amazake (japanese food); beverages such as water kefir and kombucha.
